Emmy-Nominated Artist // Film Score Composer.

Shaun Barrowes recently composed the musical score for the full-length feature film, Resilience and the Last Spike which hit theaters in May of 2019.  He also produced a couple of songs for The Other Side of Heaven 2, which hits theaters on June 28th.  In January of 2019, Shaun Barrowes composed and performed the theme song for Jackie Chan and his USA Tour.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After making top 30 on American Idol, he toured Europe and North America, raised over $300,000 for music programs in schools, and performed with Imagine Dragons, Lindsey Stirling, Brian McKnight, Janelle Monae, and many others. In 2012, Shaun was nominated for an Emmy for his TV show, "Vivir Bailando" and his musical performance with Mandy Moore, "Army of Kings". 

After starting his songwriting career as a teenager, Barrowes performed as a top contestant on American Idol, Season 7. After Idol he launched into recording as a singer and pianist with his highly acclaimed jazz album. Shaun also created the highly regarded tour “Live For Music” which brought in over $300,000 dollars to save music and arts in school, at the same time he wrote and performed the promotional song “Live For Music” which to date has reached well over one million views on YouTube.

 

Barrowes began composing and scoring for films in the 2012. The list of movies, T V and commercials he has worked on since then includes Millionaire Matchmaker (Bravo!), Drop Dead Diva (Lifetime), I’ll Always Be Young” Sponsored by Be Young Essential Oils, World Cup 2014 Brazil Theme Song - Golazo - Shaun Barrowes feat. Shaun Barrowes' many honors include an Emmy Nomination for his music video, Army of Kings, Since then, Shaun received a Platinum AVA award as co-producer of the TV show Vivir Bailando, performed with Greyson Chance and for President George W. Bush, and wrote the theme song for Shadow Complex, a top selling and award-winning video game of 2009.
